  1. Scheduling is no big deal. You don't have to work around a trainer's schedule or squeeze between their existing clients. Online coaching means we can split your workouts into shorter or longer segments throughout your week, whenever they suit you.

  2. Your results are my top priority. With online training, I can accommodate your specific goals, restrictions, schedule, fitness level and more. You get a custom structured program and ongoing support from a highly qualified coach.

  3. I can offer more of my support and expertise than in a typical gym setting. It's a bit like having a trainer on retainer - access whenever you need it so you're never left wondering.​

  4. You don't need to go to a gym, if you don't want to! Many of my clients train in their own homes (and you don't even need expensive equipment).​

  5. You get better accountability and support. Rather than booking hour-long sessions at the gym each week, I can provide ongoing (and better!) support as you work toward your goals.​

  6. It's cost effective. You're not paying a coach a high hourly rate (plus fitness studio overhead), so you can get better training at a fraction of the price online.​

  7. Location is not a factor. You can work with a kick-ass coach who suits your needs from anywhere in the world!
